During an active subscription plan, users may receive support for multiple incidents. However, www.ClickTracker.in reserves the right to restrict or terminate support for users who misuse, abuse, or excessively contact support in violation of reasonable use policies. Terms, features, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Membership and support access are non-transferable and only valid for the registered user.

Rights and Responsibilities of Use

Users agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or share any content that infringes on another person or entity’s intellectual property rights.

Product Upgrade Limitations

During the subscription period, members will be notified about version upgrades. However, upgrades released after the plan expiration will not be available unless the plan is renewed.

All non-public data exchanged between the platform and its users must be treated as confidential. Disclosure is only permitted if legally required by authorities. In such cases, the other party will be informed promptly.

• Contract terms or payment agreements made between website owners and their users, agents, or any other third parties using analytics reports.
• Any disputes between end users and website owners regarding the accuracy or completeness of data captured.
• Losses, damages, or costs arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms by any user.
• Any delays in data capture or reporting accuracy due to technical or connectivity issues.

Intellectual Property

The ClickTracker name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks owned by their respective holders. All content within the app and services are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. No trademark or logo may be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hisar, Haryana, India for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Any conflict, claim, or disagreement related to these Terms or the use of the services must first undergo mediation under Indian law. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of submitting a mediation request, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The sole arbitrator shall be appointed by www.ClickTracker.in. Mediation and arbitration shall be conducted in Hisar, Haryana, India, in English (or dual-language if necessary). All proceedings shall remain confidential unless required for legal reasons.
